During the meeting, the latest achievements and development plans of the University Publishing Center in the fields of intelligent content production and the transformation of learning systems were reviewed.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Held with the aim of aligning the educational policies of the Ministry of Science with the executive capabilities of the University Publishing Center, the meeting featured a presentation by Dr. Shahramnia on the Center\u2019s technological capacities and infrastructure for digital transformation. Key discussions then focused on designing a roadmap for the purposeful implementation of artificial intelligence in higher education and leveraging the production capabilities of the University Publishing Center.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Dr. Naghizadeh, while commending the Center\u2019s pioneering role in the production of academic content, emphasized the necessity of changing approaches within learning systems. He highlighted the importance of smart blended learning and stated: \u201cThe production of interactive content and the transformation of educational resources into intelligent formats are essential requirements that must be pursued in accordance with national considerations and educational standards.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The meeting also explored innovative AI-based content production models and the use of learning analytics tools.
