With deep sorrow, we mourn the passing of the esteemed scholar, a true devotee of books and reading, and a humble torchbearer of Iran’s written culture, Professor Kamran Fani. He was one of the enduring figures of Iran University Press and a humble servant of knowledge and literature, whose legacy and name will remain in the cultural memory of Iran. Iran University Press extends its heartfelt condolences on this grievous loss to his honorable family, friends, and the country’s scientific and cultural community.
